Yes. Go ahead and send it there. Make the check payable to SoCal LSU Alumni Assoc. and please make sure to note that it is a donation to the scholarship fund.

Okay, will do. Is there a specific memorial scholly fund in Charley's name as opposed to the general fund for the chapter?

We have voted to name our scholarship fund the Charles Jeffery Memorial Scholarship. If you put "Scholarship Fund" in the memo line and include a small note or send it in a card with a note, it will be earmarked for scholarship donation.

I only now learned of this terrible news through the context clues in another thread, and what a sad piece of news it is. My condolences to everyone on this site; from all I could gather, l.a.t. was a very unique individual, and I'm sad that I never had the chance to meet him. God rest his soul.
