It’s usually a pretty done deal for most who get it.

The point is she should have retired due to health issues.

To paraphrase Fiona Hill, she bet on the wrong horse. Should’ve retired when Obama still had the Senate.

What a POS Fiona is for saying that.

As they say, “there’s no atheists in fox holes”

At this point I would absolutely describe relations between right and left as a cold war that’s the dems seem determined to provoke until it becomes hot

Please die already...is what some people might say. I would never say anything like that though. It seems too crass.

We can agree that she needs to retire and spend what she has left with family

Yes.
I think we both come from a point of what's best for her, and no one else. The suffering should stop.
Happy trails to you!

Even if she did retire, she would not die surrounded by a loving family. She supposedly has one “close” nephew, and I doubt her grandkids even know her. Such is the life she chose for herself.

she likely has the neuro-ectoderm tumor...the slow growing type that is curable if caught early rather than the horrific adenocarcinoma.....

Not gonna root for RBG's demise, but I think she's finally coming to the end of the road. I'll be shocked if she's still alive for the Spring session.

PS - She's been sick twice just this month (but come to think of it, so have I).

It's above my paygrade.

Don't get me wrong. I want her off the Supreme Court, but she can live to 120 as far as I care.

She probably doesn't have the capacity for it anymore, but she was known on the Hill as being a very humorless, abrasive person.

I'm not going to sit here and pretend to be concerned for her well-being, but they are torturing this woman at this point.

nah. not really.

She had a neuro-ectodermal tumor of the pancreas - curable if caught early

she had carcinoma in situ of the colon - curable if resected at this stage

adenocarcinoma of the lung---she got lucky that it was caught early - likely because of all the testing for the other 2 cancers.

the pancreas one came back - that's number 4.....this will finish her off....

While I keep hearing the terms, she is tough, boy she has survived a lot etc., I must remind folks, she is getting the best, the best treatment that can be provided, in the entire world.

I dare say you or I would have the same survival rate if we had the doctors at John Hopkins doing monthly exams to find ANYTHING that might possibly be wrong with us.

And I say again, any person that does not have the decency to step down in her condition, certainly should not be passing judgement on others in ANY capacity. Its disgraceful.
