I'd say that majority of people that would be interested in watching it can't afford Netflix.

The Netflix deal was just to pay the Obama’s back for allowing them to stream, which Obama changed the rules and they paid him well for it....Netflix just legally paid them off....

I have Hulu streaming so I actually clicked on HRC's a month or so ago. It was free. I lasted about 5 minutes, the full beginning was Hillary flashing and every boring detail of her childhood and champion causes. 
A lot of people cancelled Netflix when it became clear (is it Susan Rice) took it over and it was going to be political prog filth trash.
I imagine you had to pay to watch Michelle Obama's life story.
The theme the dems wanted was that MO was so disappointed in the young people and women who didn't turn out the vote for BO because he endorsed HRC; and they worked so hard...
