Barry is usually not like that, in my experience. Seems like he has gone off the reservation a bit in the last week or so. I hope he is OK.

thanks for your concern. I assure you I’m fine. I was guilty of not reading all of the pleadings and basing my statements off of a post from TigerDoc. Cwill is just weirdly reactive to my posts.

Thanks. Not sure what the uproar about the motion to compel is, then. If he admits to the allegations why was the judge compelling production?

Wow. Just take a little time to read the ruling before your next comment.

You weren't basing it off Hanks very specific post? You seemed very certain in your retort to him.

The 56 page ruling? I think I’ll pass. This is a fricking message board not a hearing.

... this is the first case on the "stolen" 2020 election to supposedly have evidence presented ...

This could have been a step to force the court to acknowledge that the 2020 election was not stolen ...

That is what they are doing, just like having that Hunter Biden case before the judge in Delaware. That judge was supposed to give Hunter full immunity. PERIOD

even if it is a pack of lies

It really is. I read what TigerDoc posted. In that post there was no admission of defamation. I pointed that out to several posters. You then pointed out he did admit to defamation per se in a different statement. I thank you and asked why the motion to compel was still a thing. And you completely melted down. You’re a weird dude.

You're just bad faith all the way down BBOND Ramaswamy. Good luck with all that.

You just seem to be a bit "off" lately.

Basically, he is admitting that he is lying PoS who defamed these two women, but asserting that the Constitution ALLOWS him to be a lying PoS.

That isn’t what happened at all, Hank. Admitting making the statements is not admitting they were faso (false?) statements. Good Lord.

It was the second or third time this week that you took that tone toward objectively-correct assertions, and your "reeeeeeeee" posts were just TOTALLY out of character. You are usually more objective, and you certainly don't get snippy with people for NOT getting emotional.

Not what happened. He admitted to making the statements. He argued that those admissions made production moot. The judge disagreed and instead of ordering production she issued a default judgment.

Gotcha. Thanks for clearing it up. Hard to keep track of all this. It’s a full time job in itself.

As an aside... am I the only one that is just amazed and confounded that Rudy and Sydney, whom I felt were both excellent lawyers, have ended up here.

I'm having a hard tim imagining any board "lawyers" risking their licenses and credibility with the statements made.

agreed. It was further cleared up for me. He did admit to defamation per se. Which is why I’m confused why the motion to compel was still a thing. If he admitted to all of the allegations, why the motion to compel?
