It is definitely clever way to leak without leaking on purpose. I was purely an accidental call we all know someone who can relate about intentions and purpose and get away scot free.

I guess he was so good in fact, that he was able to not only able to hide his wealth obtained legitimately so that he was the poorest in office, he was hiding a bunch that he obtained illegitimately as well. And he had people convinced he was just an idiot, but he might be a mastermind.
