IF that is on it, yes. Like I posted the other day, possession itself is a crime, unless you're the prosecutor, forensic analyst or the investigator.

so are you saying the content of the hard drive is fake? because the intelligence agencies confirmed the authenticity. Youre quarrel is with time between discovering the content and turning it to the authorities not the fact that biden family is associated with child porn. how far removed was hunter from CP from the influence he was peddling to foreign agents?

They just got these drives filled with thousands of emails, texts, and images, and started going through them three weeks ago. The news break says nothing about when he turned it over. Besides, the FBI has had this for a year.

That doesn't say that the underage girls were naked or in sex pics with Hunter Biden. It doesn't seem as slam dunk as what will be needed for this to make the mainstream news.
