firing before writing his recommendation. WTH!? What is going on? Furthermore, why does the timing of that really matter?

Spineless Marco will say whatever he needs to do to help the GOP.

The female they interviewed was very clear and definitive. Weird.
Durbin just confirmed as well

Because Trump's intention is what matters when determining if he obstructed justice

OK so Durbin just confirmed what McCaskill said that Rosenstein knew but he also said Rosenstein wasn't pressured to do so.
Is that what is the big deal here?

First it was reported by the right that Trump fired Comey based on Rosenstien's recommendation.
Second Trump made it clear he would have fired Comey regardless of Rosenstien's recommendation.
Now it seems it's one big coincidence, the timing that is.

why does the timing of that really matter?
Small potatoes since Trump already admitted it.

How is that related to this? Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE knew & knows Comey was/is neck deep in mishandling the Clinton stuff. When someone needs firing, you put together documentation. Is this new or something?

No proof of obstruction.
And the investigation continues.

Yes. And it's now a criminal investigation. (according to Miss Lindsey)

By your logic, everyone knows Trump and the Russians are connected. See how I did that? See how I made a definative statement with no proof? See how I did exactly what you just did?
Posted on 5/18/17 at 2:53 pm to AggieDub14
How is there intent to obstruct or straight up obstruction if 1. Comey didn't report obstruction shortly after February 14th and 2. the investigation CONTINUED after February 14th?

Its difficult to tell if you're an intentional dumbass or if you just accidentally stumble into it. Either way,

Yes. And it's going to include the Clintons, so that makes sense (according to Miss Lindsey)

Just because you attempt to obstruct justice doesn't mean it actually works
Posted on 5/18/17 at 2:58 pm to montanagator
we agree on something, sound the trumpets. but Marco helps Marco and the GOPe.

Usually you get in trouble immediately for attempting to obstruct. Not, say 3 months later when it appears you are seeking revenge by your accuser.
