I think it’s four women with 31 total witnesses of one sort or another.
Only one accuser alleges sexual contact. She’s the 14 year old. She has two witnesses corroborating that she discussed dating a much older man.
That’s the state of the evidence at the moment as I read it.
Beyond proof itself, ole Roy’s denial is pretty weak.

It's not 31 women. It's four or five women who have 31 people going on the record that these women have told them about this when it happened or in the years since. Most date to the 80's and 90's. Keep in mind that none of these accuser knew (know) each other either.

Word I got says it wouldn’t apply to the crime today, but that is because it has been changed in the interim. It would apply to 1979 crimes.
