He did not want to vote for the resolution. He immediately stated to us staffers, me in particular, that Bush/Cheney were going to use the attacks as a precursor for 'invading' Iraq. He engaged in conspiracy theories

Lee didn't succumb to peer pressure, death threats, being called unpatriotic, etc.....but voted against this nonsense & made a prescient speech while Paul voted " yay". She called this 20 years ago so I'm not impressed with the OP.

I was derided for years on this board for supporting Ron Paul. Only about 10 or 15% of the people on this website supported him back then. The whole lot of you can kiss my fricking arse.
