I granted that, but EBT and the AG department have never allowed straight up purchases. Like I said if individual stores are doing it then its on the stores, not the program.

Aint nobody going to these nice Circle Ks and doing that. We have a newer one near me, those places are actually nice. I'm talking about your bodega where dudes get shot selling cds outside.

I know how to fix it, do away with all the freebies except for the truly infirmed. You have kids you can't feed, tough shite, go beg the church or other "charities" for food.

In the old days they gave them food such as beans, cheese, milk powder, flour, butter and other surplus commodities.
