Romney to co-sponsor a carbon tax bill?

I bet so many GOP senators hate Romney. Not because they disagree with him here, but jealousy. Romney is untouchable, he can support whatever uniparty shite he wants openly knowing Utah will usher him back in. Other GOP senators aren't so lucky, they have to support uniparty legislation behind the scenes and can't openly do it

That he has the ability to raise taxes on the globe, or
By taxing the United States taxpayer we can solve the global problem?
Because he really doesn't know when he says, let's see if this might help. Whatever.
