Well, when the house files for impeachment, you can count on Romney siding with the Dems in the Senate to remove President Trump from office.

I hope you are proud of the role you played in creating the next John McCain.

Would you rather that we voted the other way?

I know Jenny Wilson's Dad, Ted. Nice guy. Used to be SLC's Mayor. He helped us work on some state level issue's a few years ago.

Still not worth me voting for her.

Yes.

quote:

A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear.

-Cicero

The same can be said about political parties. The unfortunate reality is that a Dem was going to get that seat. The only question was if he would be correctly labeled.

When someone says this, what exactly do they mean? Like a pesky free-thinker type who doesn't blindly follow any party line?

Unless Romney votes against Trump's next SCOTUS pick, your assertion is basically bullshite.

Should be the official motto of the Dems.
