Because it’s all a show. The bill was intentionally wrote like this so it lives forever. Massie hasn’t seen the files but he can always say they didn’t release everything. He has heard what may be in there so until he gets what he wants it won’t be accepted. That’s what happens when you jump on a Ro Kanna bill and work with the left.

I am ONLY here to discuss. When anybody says things that I think aren't true on a matter of importance, I ask them what they have to support their assertion. It's not personal to you. I probably agree with the overwhelming majority of what you post here. There's not much reason to engage on that, because you have already stated what I am thinking.
With this particular subject, you and the others believe that it is a Republican Congressmen's duty to support President Trump no matter what. With the Epstein files, because the President himself has been inconsistent, you and the others have to try to bend reality...and attack Massie or anyone who shows Trump is...wait for it...just a very accomplished human who can still make mistakes.

I read somewhere before that there were several companies that had high level employees that were involved and they paid the girls off and had them sign ndas to receive the payoff. That is why they will not say anything and why the courts are blocking the records release.

You're so willfully ignorant on this issue you won't even learn how to spell Ro Khanna's name correctly. Releasing the Epstein files isn't some Democrat issue. A majority of Americans (I'm sure including Massie's constituents) of both parties want the Epstein files released. Massie is doing all that he can do to get the files released...he's a Congressman...Congressmen write laws.
You think the Clintons were involved with Epstein? Release the files. You think Trump was not involved with Epstein? Release the files.

Again, wilfull ignorance. As explained in the video you refuse to watch, Massie offered to name names BEFORE he got his bill passed. Once President Trump put the full force of United States LAW to compel the DOJ to release all of the files (including all of the witness statements and prosecutorial memos), there was no need for Massie to release the names. Trump had required his DOJ to release the names BY LAW on 12/19/25.
Now, Massie can use those names to test DOJ compliance. What purpose would releasing the names by Massie have accomplished that the release of the files won't? Massie doesn't want to name all the names he has because he doesn't want DOJ to cover for the people of whom Massie is not aware.
FWIW, until I listened to this video, I had criticized Massie for not releasing the names. If you want to educate yourself, just watch the two minutes of this video starting at 39:30.

The NDAs might block the victims from naming names, but NDAs do not prevent courts or the government from releasing names, and the Massie Law explicitly forbids withholding names merely to avoid embarrassment or reputational harm.
