The Democrats are up 6 in the generic ballot. If that holds the 25-30 seat pick up is possible. I haven’t seen anything that indicates the GOP voters will turn out.

How about spending some of that on get out the vote efforts. Only 15% of registered Republicans voted in the election this past weekend in Texas. Many said they did not even know there WAS an election. That's pathetic on a national, state, and local level for the party.

No they are not. They are up 4.7%. Also it is too far out for the generic ballot to mean diddly poo.
As you can clearly see from this analysis. The generic ballot which were from just prior to election day and highly more accurate than one from February have overestimated the democrats by 5.5% this millennium. That means the dems are currently doing worse than have in recent history.
