ChatGPT;

Kellogg’s has multiple manufacturing plants in Europe to produce cereals, snacks, and other products for the European market.

Major Kellogg’s Plants in Europe:
United Kingdom (UK)

Manchester, England – The Trafford Park factory (opened in 1938) is one of the largest cereal plants in Europe. It produces cereals like Corn Flakes, Rice Krispies, and Coco Pops.
Wrexham, Wales – Produces Pringles, acquired from Procter & Gamble in 2012.
Spain

Valls, Catalonia – Produces a variety of cereals for the Southern European market.
Germany

Bremen – Previously produced cereals but was shut down in 2017.
Belgium

Mechelen – One of Kellogg’s European headquarters, but no major production facility.
Poland

Kutno – Produces cereals and breakfast products for Central and Eastern Europe.
Kellogg’s strategically places plants in Europe to reduce shipping costs, comply with local food regulations, and adjust recipes for regional preferences.

Not who you were asking but here in Atlanta we shop at local UK & AUS/Euro import stores a lot.

I'd imagine it depends on a given person's gluten sensitivity. Someone with full blown Celiacs would be crazy to take that kind of risk, since it's still wheat and it's still gluten.

That said, you might want to experiment with a known good recipe by trying einkorn flour, first. Places like Jovial Foods who make outstanding GF pasta (one of the only ones we bought before getting a Philips pasta machine) also have an einkorn flour that you can often find at Whole Foods, Spouts or the crunchy section at your larger grocery stores.

It's an older grain that also predates most modern wheat strains.

Aspartame and potassium benzoate

I’d stop drinking it. I used to love sprite.

They don’t even know if continuing to drink small doses of potassium benzoate causes cancer or not.

Here's a fun little fact, they recently linked abnormally high amounts of benzene in sunblock. Benzene being the ridiculous carcinogen that it is, people were obviously using it to avoid getting cancer, and yet they were spraying a known carcinogen on themselves.

That's a story you won't find on your nightly news.

Does artificial dyes increase the amount of calories in these foods? That is the real killer. The amount of calories your average American consumes now compared to 40 years ago is insane

According to the YouGov poll  almost eight in 10 American adults said they support requiring nutrition education in federally funded medical schools, while 74 percent support banning certain additives, including dyes, from the nation’s food supply.

I am all for this but Americans can be pretty shitty about sticking to their guns on issues like this when the price of something goes up (like claiming not to like buying Chinese goods). I am willing to pay a little more if there are less chemicals in my food but if you add that caveat to the poll, are as many Americans behind it?

Yuma is a great app. When I got it I started scanning all the food in the house. Ended up asking the old lady if she was trying to kill me.

We’ve started using that when shopping. I’ve lost 10 pounds in a month just by avoiding additives. Haven’t even started exercising regularly yet.
