Yep. While I was putting myself and my wife through A&M, I worked construction during the summers and every Christmas break. I worked for Zachry construction building power plants. I worked for two summers and Christmas breaks in Clover VA. Great people that were very laid back, good natured, patriotic folks.

That whole part of Southern VA and Northern NC were absolutely awesome. I could see them doing things like this.

This should go National; having a trained, disciplined and civilian-based 'Military' that is coordinated and directly tied to Civil LE is THE most efficient mechanism to insure (relative) civility in case of collapse scenarios like Katrina...be they natural or man made.

It further and essentially takes power from the Fed and undermines the Leftist Movement toward Democratic Authoritarian Socialism ("Mob rule") based on illegal immigration demographics. Of course, the Left will label this "mob rule" and an attack on Democracy (pure version) just like they label Trump's *self-serving threats* to Ukraine that if they want our taxpayer money...clean up low-life parasites like Joe and Hunter Biden...et al.

I've long said that it will require saber-rattling backed by REAL 'sabres' to force the Dems to abandon their illegal immigration strategy of "fundamental change" via the Democratic vote.

Would be interesting to see the criteria for which private citizens are deemed worthy of being "deputized". Or what behaviors or records might disqualify such.

This will spread like a virus. Pretty much in accord with all the "Red on that (County/Paris electoral) Map". It'll shape State politics too. Would have been interesting to see where our Governor stood on this; he'll probably get a chance to go on record.

Bottom line. The Folk are out there...they are armed, in order to protect their Family, when all else fails. The question is whether or not their (God-given) Right to do so, is promoted above board...or whether these Folk remain united by their purpose only...and not in a public way.
