I am not overweight.

I am not anywhere close to a slob

I have type1 diabetes.

I pay more taxes than most people earn.

Should I die off?

Maybe you should go get boosted a few times so you can die off

The dems are destroying the gop at the moment

They are going to win the house and then the country is done for.

The gop has painted themselves as anti women - anti veterans - anti cheap medicine - and anti science

Talk about messing up a sure thing. .

I personally think Republicans are fools on this and will get dragged for it.

Crapo amendment to the Manchin bill to limit the bill's 87,000 new IRS agents to auditing companies and individuals with income of $400,000 or more FAILED 50-50.

It's truly Amazing how one of these low IQ sheep falls for a headline every time. Most of them don't even read the article, much less the bill itself

The insulin cap was initially in the bill. It had to be stripped out because it did not fit under the rules of reconciliation. There was a motion to put it back in, and it failed to garner the 60 votes need to be added back in and allowed to be a part of the bill (I think it missed by 3 votes; 57-43).

Republicans are doing this to make sure there is nothing in the final bill that they could or should support. That way if it passes, it has to be a 50-50 split with the VP casting the deciding vote.

Nice melt. The diabetic and all the problems that come with that are an absolute drain on our healthcare system and one of the reasons our healthcare system is so screwed up and costs are so high.

RINOs are intentionally sabotaging the country as agents for the Dems. Same breed of people as in the FBI, CIA, DOJ and IRS.
It is ONE massive mafia of criminals working together to fleece the taxpayers and destroy the country.

Then you’re a fricking retard, to be frank.

If you support any of these albatross omnibus bills, YOU are the problem.

No, but you aren’t entitled to government subsidization of your bad luck either. Especially not when it comes from a poison pill monstrosity like this bill.

The Senate parliamentarian — who is tasked with analyzing reconciliation bills to ensure that they meet strict procedural rules — ruled that the cap wasn't in accordance with what is permissible under the guidelines.

Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, the ranking member on the Budget committee, raised a point of order on the insulin cap, arguing that it was in violation the Congressional Budget Act — and therefore would need at least 60 votes in order to stay in the larger bill.

Any time I'm in agreement with sweet lindsey I automatically begin to question both his motives and my intelligence.

Right, I’m sure that this was the only thing in the bill.

The irony of this is that you don't understand what is in the measure that was voted down and probably assume other stuff was in it.

Great rebuttal.

Now then, was that the only thing in the bill or not?
