i have seen one ad for Collins in Atlanta and it is from a 3rd party.... However, every other commercial is an I'm Jon Osoff and I approve this message ad and Osoff is not even up by 5 points.. That's very bad news for him because everybody knows that Democrats poll very heavily during the summer months while normal Americans are out vacationing, sports, family events, etc etc etc and they always checkout during the summer months. It's a known fact.
Osoff is blowing his wad (money) waaaaaaaaaay too early. You don't advertise heavily with politics in summer months in the Atlanta TV market - that is a death trap for a campaign's finances because Atlanta is a very expensive market to advertise in and nobody pays attention in the summer months.
Once Collins unloads his ads and marketing in metro Atlanta, it's going to be devastating for Osoff
