You keep mentioning the 65% as if that’s what makes it not politically expedient for Republicans. It’s quite the opposite. 65% indicates a needle that can be moved a good deal in either direction.
That would be fine and dandy if the needle could be moved in favor of the R’s this election but there’s no way to do that. The Dims have a lot Hispanics believing that Trump supporters who are demanding restrictions on illegal immigrants is racist so that will be difficult to defuse because the DimMedia keeps re-enforcing that BS. We have nothing against immigration, it simply needs to be done in a legal manner. Oh, my 65% was low on Hispanics voting for Dims....it was closer to 70% in the midterms.

Sorry man, but if in 2020 you’re worried that the border isn’t properly protected, he let you down.

In one message you talk about taking away jobs from poor Americans, then in another, you talk about mechanization and eliminating those opportunities completely.

Either way why bring in millions of illegals if the economy is becoming less labor intensive? That would include the agricultural sector.

It’s only for those who were here before Oct. 2019.
You can’t bemoan increased mechanization and push it at the same time.
You can’t be against a minimum wage and be for it at the same time.
Which is it, folks?

The Dims have a lot Hispanics believing that Trump supporters who are demanding restrictions on illegal immigrants is racist so that will be difficult to defuse because the DimMedia keeps re-enforcing that BS.
In a context I’ll explain:
Democrats : White Men :: Republicans : Hispanics
Context: Democrats have alienated a significant portion of the white male vote, and they HATE being told that this costs them elections because that means they have to cater to their “enemy” more to win.
I encourage Republicans to not be like Democrats when it comes to the Hispanic vote. Illegal immigration is an issue that has been vastly oversold for a political expediency that wanes as the Hispanic wedge of the voting demographic pie chart gets bigger. It’s a valuable collective vote because it’s increasing faster than the others.
Just like I tell Democrats that, like it or not, you gotta get some baw votes or you can’t win, I’m telling Republicans that their long-term political viability is significantly dependent on how much of the Hispanic vote they can get.
As much shite as Trump talked in 2016, he still got more than 30% of the Hispanic vote. That should stand out bigly to Republican stategerists. It’s there for the taking, and it’s getting bigger, and Democrats suck enough to lose it.

I'm not worried about the border. I'm just smart enough to realize you can't give amnesty to 15 million people and not secure the border. It will give incentive for more people to sneak across illegally and wait on the next round. Same with free health care and anything else we want for our citizens. You simply can't have a safety net AND open borders.

Once the wall is complete, there will be no need for any Republican voter to worry about the Mexican border.
...or they all got duped.

So, you're saying a border wall won't work?

Will the legislation be bi-lingual?...

Republicans have been clear it is not one thing that is needed for our borders, but thank you for being a simpleton. We need your type in America too.

So we’re building a wall that won’t secure the border?
Posted on 2/17/20 at 9:44 pm to Bass Tiger
Trump really should go for the weed vote. There are a lot more stoners than evangelicals.

You mean you have to put doors on your house and locks on your windows?
You mean you need brakes to stop the car when you can turn the key to kill the engine?
You mean you need men to hold the fire hose to put out fires?
You mean we need officers to tend the prisons?
You mean just putting up signs that guns are not permitted doesn't stop shootings?
Being obtuse is no way to go through life son.

Sorry man, but if you build the wall and are still worrying about the border, he fricked up.
The wall : Republicans :: Gay marriage : Democrats
Context: Democrats got gay marriage, and now they can’t shite on Republicans for it because republicans aren’t campaigning against it anymore. This hot button turned lukewarm, and Democrats lost a little leverage (that went a long way in a narrowly decided 2016 election). Republicans got the wall, so if their hair is still on fire about the border this year, there’s no need for me to listen to anything they say about the border ever because i know it’s bullshite.

So they can only do work if they are here illegally? We could just as easily bring them in with green cards!
