Are these Republicans that have lost cucks? Was this from angry voters or from a move to democrat districts?

A few true losses but also just some weak candidates

House districts are more local politics and screwy.
Popularity contests.
I mean look at the loonies in there.

I grew up in the district where Comstock just lost.
She got beat because right or wrong her opponent tied her to Trump in a district where Trump is profoundly unpopular. It is more of a pro-business Reagan type of Republican population with a lot of civil servants who went blue.

Yeah. Karl Rove were talking about this and said a lot of the R candidates that lost went too far right which was a bad play, especially when running against moderate democrats

There were a ton of R retirements. That didn't help.

Weak candidates and pissed constituents

Redistricting
Bad candidates
Midterm historical trends against them
Combo of all 3.

That is a contradictory statement. The fact that so many Americans cannot see through the criminal actions of the Left is very concerning to me. I don't see it getting better as we move forward. If the past two years didn't wake people up, I'm not very hopeful.

Most are open seats.
This was another big factor.
Incumbents have a built in advantage, it's much easier to win open seats.
Republicans had an extremely high number of open seats this time, more than usual.
