Completely unnecessary.
When a "demographic that represents a very low % of population is shown at a % higher than the population represents on networks or streams, of course it is weird. That is how they indoctrinate the viewers.
People have no idea how powerful that medium called TV is. Heck, even the shows are called "programs"!!!
