You posted a video that proves he was up there for 3 minutes before the shooting. In what world does this disprove he was up there for 20 minutes?
This video doesn't show him climbing on the roof so common sense tells us he was up there longer then this video shows.

We need to know the name of the person who made the decision to allow a person to place themselves in the perfect position to kill President Trump. What is their name and political affiliation? We need to look at their financial records. How did some 20 year old know that he could get on top of that building unimpeded? People warned about a man with a gun a number of minutes before the shooting and nothing was done. This was clearly a setup.! It isn't time to lower the temperature. It is time to heat things up.
