Why would this be a FD report instead of a coroner’s report?
Exactly
Yet, most will still rationalize and overlook this highly suspect procedure and still buy the veracity of the report from...a FIRE DEPT??
Cute script-change -- now it's "4 gunshot wounds" from an alleged point-blank range (from the same dude dragged by another vehicle, winding up with "33 stitches" -- IYKYK.)
No coroner report will be forthcoming (just like CK).
Nobody wants to entertain the notion that this whole incident was...more scripted op-theater featuring crises actors to help stoke the "us vs them" narrative, calls for ML, and building the CW fires.

Yeah what a soccer mom she is. That poor child being raised by two lesbian left wing radical skanks has no chance of becoming a normal productive citizen. I hear the stepdad is trying to get custody of the child.

She turned to the right after an unexpected bullet hit her. Likely thru her arm, into her chest.
The hole in the windshield proves that she was still coming at him (and made contact) when he fired. That first shot into the windshield is the most important. Everything else is to eliminate the threat

Again, he reasonably thought his life was in danger, so justified shooting. Except for the civil trial, her intentions aren't important.
According to the Agent's own video, however, Good is clearly turning the steering wheel to the right BEFORE she is shot. Look at the 51 second mark of the video.

In a civil case, the fact that a suspect attacked an officer, giving the officer reason to use deadly force, did not necessarily justify continuing to use lethal force. It's a fact-intensive inquiry which a trial should be allowed to answer
My Lord. Literally the first sentence of the ruling:
Right, you said there was no way that the plaintiffs would prevail. I cited Abraham to show that this situation would make it past summary judgment to a trial.

Kimberly Raso, an off-duty police officer
Which didn't matter to the Third Circuit's analysis:
"Based on Griffin, it is clear that even though Raso was working off duty as a security guard, she was acting under color of state law: she was wearing a police uniform, ordered Abraham repeatedly to stop, and sought to arrest him."

Why would the same thing be said when the decisions were not the same?
What decisions? Whose decisions?
Both disobeyed law enforcement. That’s what got them both killed.

One had a weapon 4dummies and used it

Why are you so stupid?
One was shot in self defense. Only one of them. Not both of them as you imply.

JTurd thinks republicans can defy law enforcement without consequences.
(I make it a point to not call people names here but I had to relent in this instance)

Lol says the clown trying to equate one to a person accelerating a 4000 pound vehicle.
Strange for a loon terrified by armor.

I’m equating two women who both defied law enforcement and both ended up dead. I know facts are hard.

Irrelevant question.
Only one did something that warranted being shot in self defense.

Cool. They were both killed when they defied law enforcement. You can nitpick and reframe things however you want to ensure you personally feel dignified in praising the killing of one woman while elevating the other to martyrdom.
Both women are dead.
No officers have been charged.

Nitpick a weapon versus not.
Amazing.
Amazing.

Only one of them defied the law in a manner that justified being shot. Thats a massive detail that would not be ignored by any reasonable person.
