Yes you would be wrong because he never used one single Executive branch mandate/edict/order to implement any of that. That came from the CDC using officially declared global pandemic emergency statutes on its own books from its Atlanta HQ to implement those state of emergency phases. The states in turn activated their ESF (emergency support function) operating centers to start the lockdowns in conjunction with the CDC...NOT the WH, Trump, executive etc. Hospitals, Nursing homes etc were under the purview of the CDC's phased guidelines.

Oh my word, did you pay any attention of how the globalists and the democrat communists undermined his entire presidency and he still had he economy booming and no wars. If he didnt have to spend billions rebuilding the military that Joe and Barry cut to nothing, us Americans wouldve gotten ANOTHER tax break under Trump's leadership.
