If Harvard truly wants a diversified environment, they should hire some conservative professors.

Abraham Lincoln screwed us with the 16-19th amendments.

Objectively he ended states’ rights, set up a system of corruption and out of control taxes and spending, and allowed illogical overly-emotional citizens to vote. He is responsible for more American deaths than any person in history.

We now have Supreme Court justices that don’t even understand the law, and have to bully the whole world with our military to prevent total economic collapse from other countries switching from trading oil in dollars.

“It will take racism longer to leave us.”
No, you dumb bitch. Not eliminating aa entrance standards will only increase resentment and racism from those more qualified getting bent over and done dry.

You would think that he would have Harvard listed as part of his education. He didn't even go to Harvard. He went to Yale Law School..

Pathetic.

Kantanjiis only accomplishment will be being slightly smarter than Soltamayor, who is the dumbest person to ever be on the SCOTUS.

What the frick kind of circular logic is "ignoring race makes racism worse"? You mean it's possible to be not racist to such a point that it's racist?

Jeeebus...

From here on out, I consider her the Affirmative Action hire on the SCOTUS.

Word salad is all you have when the party in question has an avg IQ 15-30 points below the competition.

Now let's get onto the question of why haven't the NY Knicks called me to fill a roster spot? What's the fricking difference?

Her historical people sold her ancestors to a bunch of new world opportunists that ended up providing her generation lives countless times better than they could have ever dreamed of in their mother country.

That was definitely how she was chosen. When Biden started off by limiting his choice based on race and sex, he was saying that he believes black females aren't good enough to make it on their own (otherwise he wouldn't have felt the need to exclude based on race and sex).

I prefer to give people the benefit of doubt at first, letting them prove themselves whether for good or bad. I really didn't expect anything different, but I can at least say I gave her an honest, objective chance.

She is somewhat making Sotomayor sound smart by comparison, and that is EXTREMELY difficult to do.

Notice how there is only one citation to legal authority in those entire two paragraphs.

Eta: I just read footnote 103. It's nothing but ad hominem attacks on Justice Thomas. So zero authority cited in both of those paragraphs.

Leftist higher education fricks will still use race. No way to prove they didn't. All they have to do is look at the application to filter which race they want to let in. Tyreke and MarKeisha or Thomas and Kimberly

From the esteemed Justice Brown's dissent:

The black Supreme Court Justice is telling everyone that you can’t make it now if you’re black. All the while the Supreme Court is 22% black.. representing just under 14% of the population of the United States who is black.

One day after the black former First Lady of the United States said you now can’t make it if you’re black. Whose husband, who is black, was Senator and a two term president.

And there are black senators and reps telling us you can’t make it if you’re black…. Along with black university professors… along with black businessmen.

Yep… can’t make it. Impossible.

Sort of. They're saying "you can't make it on your own."

"That's right, friends and neighbors, step right up and have Government take on all of your ills and woes! Yes, friends, I'm here to not only tell you that a generous daily dosing of Government will fix you right up for you, but I myself am living proof! Need a job? Wish you could hold an athletic world record? Feeling not quite yourself? Well, friend all this -and more- can be yours for the low, low price of your supportive vote! At a price like that, why it pays for itself! No pushing now, there's plenty Government for everyone. Just form a line to the Left and I'll make sure you get all the Government you need."

Amazing that think Greta Thumberg and David Hogg are just a couple of regular people without connections to the Illuminati.

Yes, refer back to my post. His actions set the wheels in motion for the amendments I mentioned. Booth assassinated Lincoln before even the 13th abolishing slavery was ratified.

Had Lincoln not been responsible for more American deaths than any President in history, we’d have abolished slavery like most other nations in the developed world. Britain and France had already outlawed the practice. It was a matter of time for us anyway. Lincoln didn’t need to start a war and cause the loss of sovereignty of the several states which ensued in the unraveling of the constitution.

There’s no reason every single person should be able to vote. Universal suffrage is a big problem.
