Much like the judge who get a literal slap on the wrist I’ll hold my breath for this garbage to be held accountable.

Thanks for posting. Like with the Milwaukee judge, this seems like a slam dunk for the prosecution.
I worry more about jury nullification in this case---a New Jersey jury might just ignore the facts and find a Trump-hating Congesscritter not guilty.
Even if the jury finds her guilty, I doubt this judge sentences her to jail time. Judge Dugan in Milwaukee received only a $5,000 fine and probation. The guidelines were for a 15-month sentence in her case.
I worry more about jury nullification in this case---a New Jersey jury might just ignore the facts and find a Trump-hating Congesscritter not guilty.

from what i read the appeals court ruled (2-1) that 2 of the 3 charges likely did not fall under the "duties of the legislature" and thus would not give "immunity" protections.
so the case was not thrown out, which was what the defendant was pushing for, so instead it will proceed to the next step in the judicial process..

Nothing will happen to her.

It's too bad she wasn't wearing a MAGA hat. The libs would have thrown on more charges and already had her behind bars.
