The meta data from the DNC emails that Wikileaks obtained clearly indicated that the files were downloaded internally. The DNC was not hacked from the outside.
Seth Rich, who was an IT guy for the DNC, downloaded the files on to a thumb drive and delivered them to Wikileaks. It's really that simple.
