The state in no way proved she broke the law on those counts. I can't even imagine what is going through Potter's head because I feel like I was punched in the gut. I'll never not believe the BLM woman said she would stay there forever unless they found her guilty and the others were cowards and wanted to get out of there.

Kyle better thank God every day that one of the criminals that attacked him wasn’t black.
Why anybody would be an officer in todays world amazes me.
Probably couldn’t find a cop out there with a cleaner record, lack of prior issues and no intent or motive.

What's worse is that the Judge likely would have found the same ruling

I was thinking of this... in a case like this Potter case... in a jurisdiction like the 1 that the Potter case was in...
Would it be better to waive a jury trial in the hopes a judge who should better understand the law would rule on legal facts instead of emotion
I know it's a gamble

Yes a POC. He stayed “hidden” after prosecution wouldn’t give him a deal and somehow got away with acting like they didn’t know who he was.
