How would “this board” react if trump had the IRS give them a colonoscopy? Would you feel the same about the trump administration as you did about the obama administration?

From their FAQ

Do you have a dress code?
No, we do not. We want you to feel comfortable in our restaurant, so please wear whatever you like.

Yes, I would raise hell if Trump used the IRS like obama did.
It's nice of you to finally admit Obama abused his power as president.
This is a bad gotcha question btw.

Conservatives need to politely, non-politically go and wait in line. Order the cheapest thing on the menu. Stay until asked to leave. Politely leave without any ruckus, in order to free up the next conservative in line, to do the same. However, leave no tip Several consecutive days of this, and the owner will be begging for forgiveness
Y’all need to chill. It’s easy to get caught up in tribal politics. There’s no need to act like the pussy progressives and actively try to ruin careers, just don’t go there. Trust me, they have already done enough damage. It’s 100% guaranteed they won’t survive this. You can’t ostracize 50% of the polulation and run a restaurant, it’s hard enough when you don’t.

The best protest would be slow dining, make a reservation order cheap and eat slow so the table doesn't turn over.

Correct....it will run it’s course...capitalism works.

According to the Red Hen's Facebook page they are closed now and won't reopen until Tuesday.
Is that normal for a restaurant in that area??

Ricardo Blanco I didn't vote for Trump in 2016 but this behavior right here is why I'll be voting for him in 2020, and for the first time will be voting Republican this Nov. Anyone with a brain can now see who the real Nazis are. It's time for people like me to seriously rethink supporting the Democrat party.

The owner clearly had a problem with Sanders, but you can’t conclude the the chef did, or the server did.
It’s possible there was some buzz about having Sanders in the restaurant, and no one had a problem. The chef simply wanted to know if they should do something special for her, and the owner reacted badly.
It also possible the chef had a problem, and pushed the situation, claiming that the team didn’t want to serve Sanders.
You could create a dozen scenarios, but you can’t assume any one of them is accurate, without more information.

If I lived near by there is no way I could keep from not going there.
I would as a poster said...relax there for a long time and soak up the atmosphere.
Open my ears and keep my mouth shut lol.

Well, I am sure they all knew their boss was a far far left leaning activist. There is no guarentee if you don’t own the business.
Tough for them, but they knew what they were employed by.

For that kind of restaurant, it’s normal to be closed one day a week.

I'm just wondering if they decided to close for a couple of days to let the dust settle a bit.

You never know—-it could turn into a lesson for the staff.
The staff may hit hard times and have to find new employment—and maybe, just maybe, learn a lesson that actions have consequences...

But was there a team vote on making that call?
Did the server have a say in it? Were they even aware of it at the time?
As an analyst you never want to assume intent. When you do that, you start inserting yourself, and your biases, into the problem.

That's what liberals do, not conservatives and certainly not libertarians.

Now the Clinton Foundation?
Overdue.
Overdue.

Lima, I get your point, but in reality, none of that matters—- when you don’t own the business, your employment is at the mercy of the owner’s actions.
If you don’t like those odds, start your own restaurant and call your own shots.
