Meh.
Many mom and pop restaurants close the week of 4th of July, similar to closing the week of Christmas. About the only time they can give employees a guaranteed vacation and the owners have a chance to do the semi annual deep clean.
I haven't read the entire thread but I suspect this has more to do with the closing than Sarah Sanders.
