Reconstitution > Devolution! Some here will want to review this

Since I can't really explain in 10 words or less, I am just dropping this here for those that have been on the Devolution "theory" train, (including myself) and may find this to be less theory and more factual. But first;
Reconstitution: is not a theory, it's not a movement, its not for profit, its just a fact.

It may seem TLDR at first but, for those of you willing and curious, it may be worth it.
Let the first few quips begin and then this thread can either continue or die.

It was a little eye-opening last night to discover that the national state of emergency that was initiated beginning with 9/11 has been renewed annually for the past 20 years.
Now, what that means with respect to Trump having extended it as well is anyone's guess, but kicking off Part 1 with the 47 Ronin story is absolutely where I parked my car.
I like how 17SOG source their work. It's absolutely complementary to PatelPatriot's devolution work.

It's also important to distinguish: 17SOG are alleging that Trump couldn't have authorized devolution of the Executive branch/Continuity of Government in Dec. 2017, because it was already devolved/COG active after 9/11. They're not refuting the devolution theory as we know it.

This series, so far, is probably the easiest to follow modern American history lesson on the Deep State. I know the resident Q bashers will come out with this, but the first two articles are simply statements of research fact, with very little conjecture. Both Republicans and Democrats should read this and be appalled at how our political institutions have spend the last 40 years shitting on the constitution.

None of those links seem to explain what Reconstitution is supposed to be, or how it is supposed to be enacted.

Yeah, its called setting the table. You can't get into Reconstitution without explaining the 4th branch of Government and the ongoing Continuity of Government.

There very well may be some behind the scenes moves against the deep state but this foolishness isn't it.
Redefining Devolution into Reconstitution: to somehow make it real, is cognitively impaired dangerous groupthink.
Keep sending your money to these cons (that are probably backing khaki wearers trying to gin-up frustration leading to violence when none of this happens IRL) porn fantasy stories, it's your money.
But don't pretend it makes any sense enough to apply it to any logical common sense thinking... That others just 'don't see' because they aren't autists, or enlightened disciples on fringe sites.

There is no need for Devolution because the COG has been extended every year since 2001.

The government has had a COG plan since 1776, but it was enacted after 9/11 and never allowed to expire. That is what the articles are detailing, that the executive is still acting under the extraordinary powers granted by operating under the COG.
Again, it is a simple read that I would recommend anyone who is interested in the deep state read.

Right. The fact that we have been under states of emergency and whatnot since 9/11 is not new information. Telling me that the executive has expanded powers in those situations doesn’t clarify anything. That is already common knowledge and, on its own, does not explain Devolution, Reconstitution, or anything other than the fact that those conditions have not been repealed.

I read all three links and come away with pretty much nothing but “Ok….and?” No entity that actually wanted to educate people on a theory would drag it out like that. Just spit it out. They want you to keep coming back, hence the clickbait nature of it. You’re being strung along.
