I think Kagan is one of the brightest liberal judicial minds this century. She is vastly different in her judicial reasoning compared to most left leaning judges within the judicial community today. She usually bases her decisions on interpreting laws and not feelings. I don’t agree with her but I respect her. I hope that dumb Latina steps down due to diabetes so we can replace her with someone with a functioning brain
