There is a 0.0% chance that 2/3 of the House and Senate would vote for this along with 38 state legislatures. It is not even on the level of a non-starter.
All he is doing is reinforcing the argument that birthright citizenship is embedded into the Constitution and can only be altered by a Constitutional Amendment and not by any executive order, piece of legislation or opinion from the Supreme Court.
His "nobody is above the Constitution" principles are admirable and all but the fact remains that the other side wants to put the Constitution in a wood chipper and some of the only things stopping them from reaching that goal are the very things he is sabotaging.

It's been Constitutional precedent for over 100 years, so while it's not "in the Constitution", it's certainly embedded in Supreme Court rulings. Rand wants you to get off your arse and participate in the process and not be afraid to add an amendment to the Constitution, but you'd rather sit and type he wants to help sabotage the Constitution.
Can't make this stuff up from you Trumpettes.

It feels like if someone wanted to throw some money behind a real ad campaign showing how it is abused. The chinese anchor baby industry. The border jumping issue. You could get a pretty solid public push that would be hard to argue with.

the country is FAR too divided to ever get any Constitutional Amendment to fully pass by either side
The only way would be a convention of the states.

MAGA forgives Miss Lindsey and Rubio, but Rand is a step too far. These folks are Israeli agents pretending to be American patriots.

It could, but the Trumpettes would still criticize anyone who supports it.

I don't think anyone will be able to outlaw Islam.
Now, preventing any locality or otherwise from adopting Sharia Law, game on.

He talks a lot with little result - like all politicians. I want him to actually accomplish something.
