Question about registering to vote with DMV and reluctance of states to turn over rolls

When you are issued or renew your license in many states, there is a section to be filled out to register to vote, if you dont fill it out you will not automatically be added to the helicopter drop of ballots.
However, wouldnt the system be very easily manipulated to make persons who did not fill out that section "eligible", hold those names and vote for them?
There are several states who refuse to release their voter rolls to the feds, all blue, most with DMV registration. The state of Cali is even suing the feds to block it. Their voter registration in almost 10% higher than the national average.
A judge sided with California saying there was sensitive personal data on the voter rolls like SS#. Thats right the judge ruled the federal govt WHO ISSUES SS# should not have the lists because they included SS#.
What a mess. And remember, even if an ID is required, the ones checking that.....are the same ones stuffing ballots at 2am.

Ray Charles could see Motor Voter was passed to make it easier for d’s to cheat. If their voters have an ID why are they against showing it to vote??

The whole thing is an in-your-face cheat, with the firewall being muh racism.
Of course, the Progressives believe that ALL people are 'Citizens'. I well remember Hillary saying that there should be no Border, and that "all people should just be able to walk back and forth".
This will likely be the case in the future, but there will be a LOT of societal strife, chaos and calamity before it happens.

Its not just the issue with the voter rolls.
These states are then mailing ballots, unsolicited to those addresses.
We will get some legislation passed, but the goal posts will still be 20 yards further away than when covid changed everything.

Ballot stuffing is nothing compared to what people with power do with the electronic voting machines. It's a lot easier to manipulate the machines!
