Yeah I understand, neither does consensus verify truth. What causes thoughts? Chemical reactions pulsing through these bodies have us contemplating whether there is a God or what exactly a temporal existence is? Its there for those who want to see.

ETA: I'm personally not comfortable with the vast majority of elective abortion. I don't believe my comfort should necessarily constitute the basis governance or law though.

Republican here, but not only do I think abortions should be legal, I think we should do them for free.
We need less deadbeat parents and since people aren't going to stop having sex, this is a good alternative.

Just so it's clear, arguing this in this way with you, gives me no satisfaction.
Especially as the position diverges from my own personal feelings.
I just hope as this thread lingers, points made here turn out to be a little educational.
