Add that there will most certainly be mail-in voter chaos challenged and landing at the Supreme Court. We can't run the risk of a 4-4 tie when the election results could literally hang in the balance.

Set the date now on when the vote will take place.
If Dems start the BS to muddy up the schedule, just take away the confirmation process and call a vote.
The process is for one thing at this point, for the Dems to harass and shame ACB.
Restore decency to the process, and call the vote before the Dems pull their crap.

Agree with this. I'd prefer Trump to Biden, though I think both are fairly terrible candidates. I believe Trump should get to replace Ginsberg after the BS the Dems pulled with Kavanaugh and throughout his term.

While they refuse to meet with her one-on-one during this time that personal meetings with Congress are scheduled.

Keep saying that since Biden won’t release a list of potential justices we have no choice but to move forward with ACB. Biden won’t release a list because he knows he either:
A) Will piss off a big portion of his base

B) Scare the independent vote away from him.

Hell no it's not guaranteed. For whatever reason anybody who thinks he's not a lock is labeled a concern troll, but this could go either way, especially with all of the harvesting that's going to happen.
