It appears Arlington is under the Dept of the Army, making it a military installation of sorts. I'm confident no statues will be defaced nor dismantled at Arlington.

Arlington was closed in the aftermath of 9/11 and protected by members of the Old Guard. Protestors aren't just going to roll in there and have their way.

Nice try but your deflection is bullshite. You claim some moral high ground as a Catholic and POC descendant. The Colosseum was built by slaves, Christians and slaves died there for entertainment, and many of the builders/victims were POC.

So again...should the Colosseum be torn down? Yes, or no?

I think that if a large group of rioters/vandals/protesters went into Arlington and began to deface and destroy that statue that the military would stand and watch.

I can’t see them engaging in conflict with protesters. They will be told to not interfere by commanders.

Another deflection, shocker

So, what about Martin Luther King Jr.? I enlightened you in an earlier post concerning his “shortcomings “ as judged by the liberal progressive zealots. Should his monument, all of the statues related to his likeness, and street names be removed? Yes or no?
They are in America so no wiggle room now.

All statues need to go. They are all idols and I am highly offended.

There are also a lot of Confederate soldiers buried in Arlington. I viewed them when I took a tour of the Cemetery. Our tour guide was a black man and he spoke eloquently and respectfully on the subject.

The Confederate soldiers’ headstones are distinguishable; rather than having a slightly curved top they have a pointed top.

There are slaves buried there as well.

Arlington House was Robert E Lee's home. I'm sure the "protesters" would love to burn it.

If they even know that fact.

Arlington National Cemetery is currently closed to everyone other than family members of those located on the premises. I was in the general area yesterday and wanted to go up and check it out again.

I dont think they realize that removing these statues will absolutely create the hatred that they think their removal will erase. These morons are creating hate, not removing it. Maybe that is the intent..

It's shocking how many there are. Most Founders of the US don't have as many statues/ monuments than these Confederate traitors.

There were nearly 800 Nationwide ( excluding buildings, street , barracks names, etc......) last time I read. Numbers dropping.
