Which one? No way it's the large monument to the Confederate dead in Arlington. It's massive. Also Woodrow Wilson was there for its unveiling.

I bet it's the Confederate Memorial at Arlington.
Sculptor: Moses Jacob Ezekiel: A VMI cadet that fought at New Market in 1864 in the Confederate Army. He was Jewish. One of the Greatest sculptors in our nation's history. He is buried on the north side of that monument.
