It may be from Havana. I wouldn't be so sure it's not. What makes that poster think that is S America and not Havana? The building structure is the same...

It played for me. It is the same video I pulled the American flag gif from.

Argentina celebration

I probably should have noticed the video boards as I don't recall Cuba having those.

Was in Cuba for a month about 2 years ago. Girlfriend starts her period and we must've gone to 20 stores, no tampons in Havana. We ended up at the nicer hotel to see the 24/7 doctor they had on staff. We knock and a half away female doctor answers along with a nurse. In what I can best describe as a sexy halloween nurse costume pretty much. I tell her the issue, she hands my girlfriend a fist size ball of cotton to stuff up her snickle fritz.

The crazy part was they just began getting access to high speed data via phone and wifi at business's. Every one there was creating ways to make money off of the tourism because of it. I respect those motherfrickers, they work their arse off and there is no complaining. I'd be behind a study abroad program there for our liberal college students, I just wouldn't be behind them ever coming back.

If you go to the original tweet the video is a little longer and it shows the obelisk in downtown Buenos Aires illuminated with the white and blue colors of the Argentine flag.

Yeah I spent about a week in Cuba, and there are definitely no video boards.

An uprising there would be incredible. I really enjoyed the people there, and you could just tell that they have had enough.

As far as their health system, the government tour guides bragged about the big hospital in Havana, as buzzards circled the building, feeding on amputated body parts, etc. Havana is a very sad place.
