put her to the test, if I was one of the victims I would vandalize the employee's parking lot at the DA's office

This idiot argues like another female thread starter we have on his board.
Seriously, the mental gymnastics needed to make that point in order to defend her ilk was astounding. We get it, you will only prosecute people on one political side.

If [defendants] go through the traditional system and they have a felony conviction on their record, they are much more likely to come back and commit a new crime,” Moriarty said at a press briefing. “That is because a felony conviction destabilizes their lives, they may lose their job, lose their housing and it can just lead to future criminal activity.”
Had Elon still been seen as a major Progressive supporter and a MAGA type been keying the Teslas, this convoluted attempt at logic would’ve never even crossed her little Leftist mind.
As with all things when it comes down to the Left, it’s all purely politically driven.
True adherence to laws be damned.

“We are very much focused on public safety,” Moriarty said. “Now … there are some people who want people to have felony convictions. That’s fine if that’s what they want, but that is not about public safety.”
This is one of the dumbest things I think I’ve ever read.
Hey a-hole…getting felons off the streets is what “public safety” is all about.
fricking meatheads up there in Minnesota.

Dylan Bryan Adams is a 33 year old man. Most 33 year old men know that committing a crime can destabilize their life and the consequences may be losing employment, paying large fines, or going to jail which should keep most 33 year men from committing a crime. Most 33 year old mature responsible men would would not even consider committing such a cowardly crime.
Also, what example does that set? The next person who does that get the same treatment? What if the DA's car is vandalized, does that person get the same treatment if caught?
