Whatever Secret Service Assets they've got assigned to protect our dear President Trump, I hope they triple the assets.
IMO they're coming after President Trump as in they intend to make another assassination attempt. Why do I say that? The level of venomous vitriol directed towards this man during the last month is profoundly troubling.
Lord God please send angels to guard our President Trump. You saved him before from the assassins bullet, please, please send angels to protect him again, and again, and again.

They're virtually trying to incite violence against this man, hoping that there will be an incident.
It's disgusting, but we all need to pray for his protection. Prayers that all of them will stay safe.

It was a good speech, direct and to the point for the most part. He threw a few mild mannered jokes in there (the make up on his suit). It was good.

It's all cyclical.
Minnesota only fired up because the news cycle needed to avoid covering Somali fraud. The Renee Good narrative only lasted as long as the media could suppress that she actually was trying to run over a federal agent. Then we had this Pretti thing with border patrol, but watch how quickly that goes away now that the Signal Chat news is coming to light. It'll be right on to the next, to still do anything to avoid covering Somali fraud and now the Signal Chat.
But whatever it is and wherever it is, it's only news if it fits the Orange Man Bad narrative. As has been said many times before, Trump could cure cancer and the Left would complain because oncologists lost their jobs. He liberated Venezuela by surprise in just a few hours, had their entire nation out celebrating in the streets, and all the American Left and Media could do was to vehemently simp for the tyrannical dictator Maduro.
It's honestly comical from the right perspective.

You post is filled with wisdom. You are so correct when you say,"but we all need to pray for his protection". That message is both true and profound. I've lived long enough to see that prayer (said with deep faith) works.
IMO without question it was prayer that saved President Trump in Butler, Pennsylvania and in that second attempt in Florida. Two assassination attempts........two.
God had a plan for President Trump. I remember a wise old missionary priests once told us - God has a plan for you five, ten, twenty years down the road (the road of your life), and that plan will make you supremely happy. And His (God's) ability to make you happy in the future, depends on your "yes" today. Donald Trump just kept saying "yes" when his country called.
Some men die jumping off Higgins boats on the shores of foreign countries, others die from assassins bullets. When that assassin Thomas Matthew Crooks climbed on that roof, took aim at President Trump and pulled that trigger........God stepped between that assassin and President Trump and caused President Trump to turn his head ever so slightly as to spare us the horror of seeing a truly horrible event. I mean think about it - had that bullet hit even a half inch to the right we all would have been subjected to a truly horrific scene. God stepped in and saved President Trump that day.
Donald Trump didn't need this job. He certainly didn't need the money (IMO they don't pay enough for this Office of President). So the only possible explanation being he must have done it because he loved his country and her people.
IMO we don't deserve Donald Trump. Just like we didn't deserve Jesus the Christ. Both men took a look at the future, measured the risk, and said "Yes". Both men said "Yes" and we're all better off for it. Since Donald Trump has not been assassinated yet, I have to assume God still has things he wants him to do. Important things.......like saving this last bastion of freedom on the face of this earth. Read the Declaration of Independence and tell me that doesn't stir you inside. If it doesn't you're NOT American. Find another country, please. Seriously.
Tonight as I drift off to sleep I will say a prayer for my President. You should too.

PS - I feel very spiritual except when I'm on this board. About 30% of the "genuises" here drive me up the wall.
