We have a simple choice to make:

We can keep giving tax breaks to the super-wealthy and giant corporations — or we can invest in working families.

I’m going to pick working families every time.

The wealthy will just cut jobs, and raise product prices. It will NEVER affect them, just hurts all the workers....probably what the Dems want, keeps them on the angry plantation, and wanting Government to give them everything

Corporations can’t be taxed.

When you raise taxes on corporations, the employees and consumers pay.

They're the benefactors of our current predicament

And at the end of the day they'll still be poor

Good thing people with families don't work for companies or the super wealthy! Stupid companies and super-wealthy, always doing things on their own.

The really stupid thing about this is they aren't going to spend any more or less money based on taxes. They just turn on the printer anyway. Let's say they raise taxes by $500 Billion, they will spend $4 Trillion anyway. Oh, and of course raising those taxes are just raising the rates not the actual revenue. When you raise taxes you get less revenue because people will get creative in ways to avoid paying them in terms of how they position their revenue and investments.

It's also not like the uber wealthy care about income taxes anyway, all their money is in assets and is taxed as capital gains if it is taxed at all. All this does is really, really hammer the upper middle class that are trying to save for retirement/send kids to college/etc. Folks making $100k or less will pay very little taxes and have no clue what it is like for someone who makes $200k to pay a huge portion of that additional money in taxes. If taxes don't affect you personally it's very easy to raise it on others.

Idiots.

He doesn’t understand the symbiotic relationship between working people, retirement funds and corporations. Or, maybe he does and is trying to push for communism?

Your taxation won't touch the uber-wealthy assholes funding nearly all the race/economic BS in this country.
