Maybe they could put yellow stars on them for good measure.

You mean like motorcycle helmets seat belts, personal flotation devices, hunters orange vests, etc., we have a long list of government mandated things we are required to wear for our own safety.

It is super easy for the government to mandate masks because they also protect others. Easier than seat belts and helmets which only protect the user.

Good site to show how to make N20, N70, and N90 quality masks with common items

The fact that that website is in Chinese gave me a good laugh.

It would have happened already except we dont have the required amount of mask.

fricking drama queen. Oh no I have to cover my face to help beat the pandemic!!! My freedom is over.

There are about 50 other things that have already happened that are way more threatening to your fake liberty than wearing a fricking mask.

fricking this. These goddamn screaming pussy reactions to wearing a mask to keep from killing people are worse than the goddamn panic created by the media.

The more that people say “frick this shite, I’m not doing it” the longer this shite is going to take. Suck it up and do your part like the rest of us. We’re all just trying to make the best of this. Contrarians don’t help.

Apparently already a thing in Laredo, TX.

Fines between 50 and 1000 and is an arrest-able offense

Look man, I’m not going to argue semantics. This is not the American Revolution of 1776. We are ALL in this together. We all need to do our part here. If we do, it ends faster. That’s what we all want, right?

Edit: grammar

Is this true though? Are we really gonna rid ourselves of this virus by having a slight majority of people stay home? I mean to the point where the virus no longer exists. I don't think so. So what's the end game here? Slow the spread down for a while and then let it kick up again when we inevitably return to normal? Because that's what's going to happen. I understand the thought behind slowing it to a point so the healthcare system doesn't get overwhelmed. But it seems like all staying home does is slow this whole thing down. The only thing that's going to stop it is a vaccine or eventual herd immunity, the second of which is years away. At some point we just have to face this thing head on and deal with it. I don't see how quarantine makes this end faster, unless you successfully quarantine every single individual on the planet.
