There’s a cadre of posters that seem to smoke a joint then engage in stream of consciousness posting.

No it's not.

Grants/government loans have always had all sorts of regulations, and some (like the aforementioned bailouts) have repayment schedules.

Microprocessors are assembled by automated robotic manufacturing processes. The assembly plants don't have huge labor forces like in auto manufacturing. The daycare provisions can't be mush because the staff isn't that large.
Look at 3:14 on this video :

Point is you don't have an army of people with soldering irons soldering transistors to a circuit board.

Don't worry. They will all get $149,999,999. Probably create separate entities to do it.

If it exceeds executive authority based on legislative parameters, it is. Several Congressmen are making that claim.

These evil fricks will do anything to find a way to get their hands on children.

So how will all of this be calculated for stock price purposes?

So the Right provides tax breaks, and the Left goes the hold hostage vis money handouts route. Of they only held the real leeches of our society to the same standards.

Democrats trying to add this to a law already signed really is ballsy. It's like they have no cares about how it looks or it being used against them in the future. They either know they can't win in 24 or "can't lose".
