The US imports approximately 1 day of crude oil from all of the Persian/Arabian Gulf per month. Add another half day from Saudi Arabia's Yanbu on the Red Sea and not near Yemen.

Y’all need to learn geography. This is outside the range of the Houthi so it is the following:
- either Iranian shipping hit by Israeli forces
- or tankers from the Sunni states that Iran hit.
If the later, Iran just asked all the Sunni states to take a side which would be the stupidest thing those Shia fundamentalist have done!

The M/V Torm Thor is a U.S.-flagged, owned, and operated chemical/oil product tanker that was notably involved in an incident in February 2024 when Yemen's Houthis targeted it in the Gulf of Aden with an anti-ship ballistic missile.
The missile missed the tanker, causing no damage or injuries.
