There you go again.

experimental - tentative or provisional

It's operating under an EUA. That's the very definition of provisional, right? It could still be denied authorization, right?

gene therapy drug

From Moderna's own 2020 FDA filing:
quote:

Currently, mRNA is considered a gene therapy product by the FDA. Unlike certain gene therapies that irreversibly alter cell DNA and could act as a source of side effects, mRNA-based medicines are designed to not irreversibly change cell DNA; however, side effects observed in gene therapy could negatively impact the perception of mRNA medicines despite the differences in mechanism.

Just because you so hope it to be true, doesn't make it true.

I don’t care what side of the fence you are on, anyone with at least half a f*cking brain has to agree that this zombiesque push is extremely creepy. I haven’t seen anything like this in my 51 years on this planet.

And when it gets authorization, it still won't change your mind.

In terms of gene therapy, if we are talking about direct modulation of transcriptional activity, steroid medications should be considered gene therapy too.

So I take it the rash of heart attacks in Israel has been debunked. Thus the cheery vax anticdote.

I would be calling my cardiologist right now if I was vaccinated.

Nor have I in my 51. I have found myself looking at my sons over the past year and legitimately telling them, "You know what...I have no clue what's happening at the moment. We are completely off script."

I highly suggest you read about early smallpox vaccination efforts. The rhetoric from the first major efforts around the turn of the century are extremely similar to the rhetoric now, even down to the employer mandates which helped drive vaccination rates up.

Where did you cherry pick this definition?

You should. He would be happy to run a bunch of negative tests. Easy money for him.

You mean authorization by the completely f*cking politicized CDC that just wrote its own laws to criminalize and jail landlords who don’t follow its unconstitutional and illegal eviction moratoriums?

I trust those politicized c*cks*ckers even less than I would trust Bernie Madoff to handle my money or sHitlary after learning all of her deepest and darkest secrets.

Statistically this is the most likely outcome. It's not a guarantee, though. People can still get Covid. Some will have side effects.

Other than doing a quick Google search, is there anything you would recommend?

March, April, May, June, July.... 5 short months...

Check in again at the 5 year mark if your fingers still function and you don't have mad cow disease.

The book Smallpox: A History has a really great chapter called "Vaccination is Un-American" which details some of the challenges in initial vaccination efforts, including people who were skeptical, and how employers started banding together to effectively force their employees to get vaccinated. The book, Smallpox: The Death of a Disease by DA Henderson also highlights the challenge from a personal perspective, as he led the CDC's team in coordinating the vaccination campaign with the WHO. One challenge, if I recall, was that by 1960, smallpox was effectively controlled in developed countries, with only 59 countries worldwide reporting any cases, which made it difficult to convince people in developed countries to take the vaccine. The Dryvax vaccine had a fairly high injury rate as well, with a death rate of 1 per 1 million shots, but I have to find the specific source for that, as I don't think the injury rate is mentioned in the Henderson book. I just picked up a book suggested to me by someone on this forum, a book called Human Medical Experimentation, which has some sections on the smallpox vaccine too. Another book I also picked up is by John Fabian Witt, which deals with the legal perspective of epidemics.
