What I want from Pope Leo is to keep his mouth shut except when it comes to the Catholic faith. Francis couldn’t stop running his mouth on every issue not related to the Catholic faith. Francis gave multiple interviews to an atheist geriatric newspaper reporter(Eugenio Scalfari) who notoriously took no notes or recordings during his interviews. This resulted in Francis being “misquoted” according to him a number of times directly contradicting Catholic doctrine. If it happened one time I could understand but he kept giving this clown interviews, lol. I could go on and on. Pope Francis had diarrhea of the mouth. He famously couldn’t shut up during interviews. Leo will definitely choose his words more carefully. I look forward to not having Francis around to cause confusion anymore.

You're thinking of it in political terms. In terms of Church policy (Vatican 2, Latin Mass, etc) he is a centrist. I care about the Pope's politics as much as I care about Trump's religion, that is to say none
