He doesn’t deserve a lengthy prison sentence.
Anything outside of burglary / breaking entering, assault, rape, or murder … no prison. 50 whips by the Singapore cane. Let the government do what his father should have done. Maybe do 3 months then get the licks and then the slaps and let them go. I’d bet it will more effective.

I am commenting on real sh**. Below is “Lucy” Nelson who was arrested in CO. He will more than likely be housed with women in that state so long as he identifies as a woman and requests to serve his time in a women’s facility.

I thought these were federal charges?
With federal charges you go to federal penitentiaries, not state prison.
The charges include arson and weapons charges.
They going to a high level prison if convicted.
