Legit modern white supremacists call for legit white supremacy type actions...I don't think anyone denies that or the connections of Roof to that ideology (whether he was also "crazy" or not), but we don't have that point of view being normalized by a majority of a major party or by the national media. It is shunned and denounced. Leftists took the beliefs and actions of small, socially unacceptable, hateful ideology and used it to tear down and attack people and things who bear tangential relationships, if any at all, to modern white supremacy.
Modern leftism calls for Revolution. Openly and with general media and polite society approval. Not clear why anyone has to pretend otherwise or why it would be odd to connect the ideology with the action?

I think if you've become a radicalized leftist you're verifying what has been espoused by many Americans, Progressivism/Liberalism is a mental condition probably attributed to educational/progressive cultural indoctrination.

You're conflating mental illness and sanity. We have no evidence of either at this point. Mass shootings are not diagnostic of mental illness. You might FEEL it should be true, but it isn't.

Motivation? Kill about 20 republicans and possible tip the House in favor of the Democrats. Or, immediately halt their work. Any number of reasons. Why can't this guy be sane and without mental illness and merely want to begin his revolution?
