It was a hood that is commonly used with people that are spitting or attempting to bite officers...
I am really hoping the protestors all get some clear plastic bags and some duct tape for their marches... I think it would send a strong message if they all taped the bags tightly around their necks...

This is the problem with all the fake racism BS in policing. There really are good and important issues to be addressed, but they never get past "racism" and so go on without solutions.
I personally believe policing has gotten too readily violent. You watch some of the videos (of white dudes, too - Shaver, Whitaker are two incidents that happened in my city) and there's a reasonable question about whether this stuff can be filtered/trained out, or is it inevitable that an incident like them happens every month or so given the volume of confrontations between police and criminals/suspects.

There should be a public service announcement based on all these police “murders”.
1. Don’t violently resist arrest
2. Don’t brandish a weapon to police
3. Don’t do drugs.
